We are the World - Separate and One at the same time

This piece was a plea for balance and cooperation across race and gender. We are interdependent, bound together in many ways and needing to work together in so many more. The underlying theme of this piece is sustainability - the importance of gender and race equality, and partnership to care for our planet. The large colored rectangles at the base of each figure represent our differences. These become smaller and less significant as we work together, towards the upper half of the piece.
